World Trade Center GIFT City: A Global Business Hub

Situated in Gujarat between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, the World Trade Center (WTC) is a landmark that defines the GIFT City skyline. This ambitious and strategic project is under development by Viridian Red Group, with two of its four towers already operational. The design and engineering were carried out by the IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) Gold Rating Campus. The WTC GIFT City houses some of the biggest names in banking, technology, and financial services, including ICICI Bank, HSBC, IBM, Bank of America, Standard Chartered, Oracle, Hiranandani, Sobha, Brigade, JNS, Lilavati, and many more.

The government of India has expressed its complete support in establishing GIFT City as a global financial hub, and the World Trade Centre is an important catalyst for materialising this goal. Case studies, like the one conducted on the Dubai WTC, proved that the landmark itself stimulated regional development around it.
